Well, you get what you pay for. This elliptical has a comparatively lower price, but I was still hoping for a decent quality. I was very disappointed. While you are using it, it makes these sounds as if it will break (and I weigh only 120 pounds). It does not allow for smooth moves. It is also rather small. Overall, not worth the money.

We purchased this product and had it set up just before Christmas. Some parts came broken, but they weren't essential to its operation. Customer service sent replacements for them rather quickly.It seemed okay for the price at first, some things wobbled more than they should. The stride length seems really short after comparing to a good elliptical. After about 2 weeks, the wheel would shift so much between pedaling forward and backward, that it would rub against the chain guard. I thought nothing of it, and just trimmed some off of the chain guard so it would operate smoothly. Over the next month, there was a growing grinding sound coming from the wheel hub. Then one night, the part of the speed sensor that is supposed to remain stationary started to spin with the wheel, bringing the bike to a complete stop when the slack in the wire to the control panel pulled tight.The customer service department was helpful though, they issued a full refund within a couple of days once I sent some pictures, even though it was past their 30 day policy. They didn't even make me send it back, probably because they know it is a pile of junk.Spent considerably more money to get a high quality used elliptical, and we are infinitely more satisfied.

Sad to say I was not satisfied. The product took too long to get to me and when I received it, it was damaged! I'm talking broken pieces came out of the box, starches and dents, along with holes and cracks!!! Called, for a replacement, took forever to get a hold of them and I'm still waiting for my equipment after agreeing that it would be expedited, that was about two weeks ago! Two weeks I will not get back, and could have used to work out. I highly do not recommend buying from this company! Maybe my statement may change once I actually get my machine in and it works properly without any flaws! Until then don't waste your money!Okay, so I finally got my elliptical in and decided to open it right away before anything else and saw once again it was broken/used! I called them once again asking for anything to resolve it and they told me and I quote: "if it was broken the first and second time, it will be broken the third..." he was completely rude as was the manager and they tried to blame it on UPS, but UPS cannot do turn a "new" product into a used one! I hope no one else has to deal with this, please don't buy from them! One star is just being too generous!
