DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought this elliptical from a local retailer, and when I got it home, it didn't work correctly. I contacted the manufacturer, BH North America, per the instructions, as it came with a one year warranty. Six month and five technicians later, it still didn't work. When I contacted BH North America again to ask for my money back (since the thing hadn't worked from day one, and was apparently un-fixable), they quit returning my calls!!! Terrible customer service and poorly made products. Don't waste your money.
