Awesome Machine

I was a little overwhelmed when I saw the two boxes arrive.. thinking how was I going to be able to get all this together by myself. BUT this was VERY EASY.. I loved the instructions it was STEP by STEP and I was able to put this machine together in about 2 hours with no missing parts or any extra parts.. LOL!!!I use this machine everyday.. I am so glad I purchased. Well worth the money!!!

Horrible

I bought this product thinking that it was going to be such great quality. In one day the right leg of this elliptical slips off of the track. I tightened all of the scews, but the leg is way off track. I'm returning this asap.

Bad bolt on foot pedal bushing

When I was assembling the product I noticed that a bolt was not tightened on the bushing that holds the foot pedal and the flywheel bars together even though they were supposed to be "pre-assembled". Like I thought, the parts started to slip apart during a test use. Note: This is probably what went wrong in the review that said the bar bent and doesn't line up anymore. I went to tighten the bolt to correct the problem and the head popped right off. Amazon is giving me a replacement. Keep an eye on those 2 bolts to prevent damage. If the problem persists with my next unit, I will carefully place some lock-tight on it.
